your satisfaction and maintain our commitment to customer care, we have developed the following 30-day return policy
specifically for defective products:

Eligibility:

This policy applies to defective products purchased directly from iCigar Club.
The product must be deemed defective due to manufacturing or material faults, not due to accidental damage or misuse.
Timeframe:

You must notify iCigar Club within 30 days from the date of delivery if you receive a defective product.
Any requests for return or exchange beyond this 30-day period will not be accepted.
Return Process:

Contact our customer support team via email or phone to initiate the return process.
Provide details about the defective product, including your order number and a clear description of the issue.
Our customer support team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number.
Return Conditions:

The defective product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
Include all accessories, manuals, and any other items that were originally included with the product.
Properly pack the product to prevent damage during the return shipping process.
Return Shipping:

iCigar Club will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the defective product.
Ensure that the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.
Drop off the package at a designated shipping location or arrange a pickup with the designated shipping carrier.
Inspection and Resolution:

Upon receiving the returned defective product, our quality control team will thoroughly inspect it.
If the defect is confirmed to be a result of manufacturing or material faults, we will offer the following options:
Exchange: We will ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Exceptions:

Products that have been intentionally damaged, misused, or modified by the customer will not be eligible for return.
Products that show signs of wear and tear or have exceeded the 30-day return period will not be accepted.
Communication:

We will keep you informed about the progress of your return/exchange via email or phone.
